Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 45(RLS)(efd fld) "An                       
Act relating to persons under 21 years of age; relating to programs            
for runaway minors; providing for designation of shelters for                  
runaway minors; relating to the detention and incarceration of                 
minors" (page 3960).                                                           
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the Senate concur in the House                     
amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 45(RLS)(efd fld)?"  The
